If you’ve been following us recently, you’ll know that we’ve been looking for a contributor to join the team. And now we can say that the search is finally over.
Introducing Ayishat Akanbi. This über-chic stylist from London is the latest addition to the Individualism Team. With a wealth of experience in styling and extensive brand knowledge, Ayishat’s the perfect person to head our regular Brand Watch posts, bringing creative, young and undiscovered brands to the forefront.

Introducing COOLOGRAPHY
Firstly we’d like to apologise. We know we haven’t been posting a lot recently. There is a reason for the lack of content, and today we can finally reveal that to you.
Over the last few months we’ve been working out how best we could use our time to create the best quality content. We realised we needed a team of creative and talented individuals to aid us in producing videos and content that would help take Individualism to the next level.
Collectively, we’ve formed a creative production team…..COOLOGRAPHY. We won’t banter on about it too much, but in a nutshell, we do everything from video production and fashion photography to website design and branding. As our tagline suggests…

We are looking for bloggers
Individualism has been going from strength-to-strength over the last two years and Reuben and I have some big plans for the future, and right now we are looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals to help us get there.
We are now on the hunt for an contributors to help out with day-to-day activities here at Individualism. If your contributions are successful then there is a possibility to move over to the team and become a member of one of London’s most passionate men’s style websites.
The most important thing that we value here at Individualism is PASSION - It’s the one thing that drives the whole team – that we love what we do. It’s also something that keeps us pushing our boundaries and stretching ourselves.
If this is a tribe that you feel you’d like to be part of and could add value to then check out the criteria below.
Criteria:
1. Insanely passionate about Men’s Fashion / Style.
2. Great work ethic. We need someone that is willing to go the extra mile and keen to learn - someone that embraces challenges.
3. Stick to deadlines. We are looking for someone that can complete a task to a given deadline.
4. Creative. We welcome creative input; individuals who are activity seeking to do things differently. Someone that isn’t afraid to put their ideas forward and isn’t afraid to be wrong. “You can never create ANYTHING original if you’re not willing to be wrong.”
5. Strong writing skills.
6. Stylish, with a good eye for style.

3. SEO and seeding techniques
4. Organising and setting up fashion shoots
5. How to use social media to spread our message
